- ​Offers secure 24/7 access to personal health information, enabling patients, parents, and caregivers to view medical records, download forms, process payments, and message our practice. Messages sent through the portal will receive a response within two business days, eliminating the need for a phone call.

You'll need to use the Family Portal for all medication refill and requests. We would like you to use the portal for questions about your child if they are sick as well. If you have any trouble accessing the portal, please contact our front desk for assistance.​

- We now offer same day sick appointments and limited well visits/medication checks from 8am-noon throughout the school calendar year!
